I'm an ultra runner, dog owner, masseur and exercise physiologist and I've certainly learnt how to properly take care of the body.
Unfortunately even the best lifestyle and training plans cannot guarantee injury free progression.
If you are feeling pain, soreness or even just fatigue a massage can often relieve the symptoms and aid rehabilitation.
Now, with this training series, you can begin to treat your niggles quickly, as pain begins to appear, without having to leave the home!
Overall, I'm excited to be sharing this with the world. Massages can get expensive, especially if you run as much as I do. Massage at home will really help you have fun and connect with your buddy or partner in a new way!

Having been in the fitness industry since 2005, I finally found my lane of interest in sports massage.
Even though I was able to PT clients, I would soon realise that helping them through massage was where my real talents were.
Now after further studies into Intrinsic Biomechanics my stance on the importance of massage has only been reinforced.
